Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Moodgroup.co Pte. Ltd. (“MoodGroup”, “we”, “our”, “us”), a company incorporated in Singapore, handles information when you visit this website or use the mobile apps we publish. Our primary framework is Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the section on your rights also reflects the GDPR.

We recommend reading this policy in full. By using our website or apps, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways — directly from you (for example, when you email us or complete a form on this site) and automatically (for example, technical data from your device). Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:

  • Contact details you provide — such as your email address, subject, and the content of any message you send us through the contact form or by email;
  • Device and technical data — IP address, operating system, hardware model, app or device identifiers, network information, and screen resolution;
  • Usage and diagnostic data — how our apps are used, plus log and crash reports, which may be sent automatically to help us fix problems;
  • Purchase records — where you buy something in an app, the record of that purchase (see “Payments” below).

We do not seek to collect sensitive personal data, and we do not knowingly collect more than we need to provide and improve our services.

Payments

Purchases made in our apps are processed by Apple and Google through their app stores. Your card and billing details are handled by the store and never reach us — we receive only the purchase record needed to deliver and support what you bought.

How we use information

We use the information above to operate, maintain, and improve our website and apps, to respond to your enquiries, to secure our services, and to meet legal obligations. More specifically, this includes:

  • providing the features of our products and ensuring the best possible experience;
  • answering messages you send us and following up on partnerships or projects;
  • running analytics and diagnostics to understand and improve performance;
  • detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, spam, and unauthorised access.

Third-party services

We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf — such as hosting and infrastructure, the app stores, and analytics or crash-reporting tools — and only as needed for the purposes above. These providers are required to protect the data and use it solely for the services they provide to us. We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights and our users.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside Singapore. Where we transfer personal data abroad, we take the steps required by the PDPA (and, for EU/UK data, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure it remains protected.

Data protection and security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we continue to work to keep our safeguards appropriate to the data we hold.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires, after which we delete it or make it anonymous.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may:

  • request access to the personal data we hold about you, and how it has been used or disclosed;
  • ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • withdraw any consent you have given, at any time;
  • request deletion of your personal data;
  • lodge a complaint with a competent authority — in Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); in the EU/UK, your local supervisory authority.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@moodgroup.co. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Standard server logs (such as IP address and request data) are recorded by our hosting provider as strictly necessary technical information. If we add analytics or other cookie-based features in future, we will update this policy and, where the law requires, ask for your consent first. You can manage or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings.

Children

Our website is not directed at children, and our apps are not designed for children under the age at which consent is required in your jurisdiction. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always the one posted here, with the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be made clear on this page.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute relating to it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
